Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) is a practice that has brought better health and inner peace to millions around the world. Li Hongzi introduced it to public in 1992, and very fast found millions of practitioners in China and in other countries in the world. The former leader of the CCP, Jiang Zemin, condemned the group using the state controlled media, and started arresting, imprisoning and torturing it's practitioners. This is a non-violent movement of some practitioners in Cologne. I've written a more detailed post about Falun Dafa in our persian weblog .

As you may know this week will be the World Catholic Youth Day 2005 in Cologne, Germany. I spent last weekend there with some friends, this huge poster was right in front of Cologne's main Cathedral. The picture is made of thousands of small pictures of different people. In a move to say thank you to John Paul the second these people have sent their pictures to http://thank-you-jp2.net. In their website you can look and zoom in the picture (flash file). I think it was quite a brilliant idea from Fuji and domradio!
